Bank of Italy Hardhat Tours

Join PAC*SJ and the Westbank development team for this special behind-the-scenes tour of the Bank of Italy, San Jose's iconic 14-story National Register-listed landmark currently undergoing restoration and conversion to residential use. Learn about the building's architectural significance, historic tax credit financing, and the preservation opportunities and challenges involved in San Jose's most significant adaptive reuse project in decades.

IMPORTANT-- This event is part of the California Preservation Foundation's Doors Open California, a month-long celebration of historic places across the state. Advance tickets AND advance reservations are required for one of three timed entires: 10am, 11am, and 12pm.
