Built in 1897 and designed by Louis Booksin, this single-family Shingle Style Victorian is adorned with ornamentation, carvings, and a front tower with a polygonal pointed roof. The house also includes a wraparound porch and decorative columns. Named for Susan Kirk Goodenough (the daughter of a local and very successful orchardist) and Winsor Simon Goodenough, the house was kept in the family from its construction in 1897 until 1981.
