About The Event
Celebrate San Jose’s newest national award by touring 4 Eichler homes.
The Eichler subdivision, Fairglen Additions No. 1, 2 and 3, is the first San Jose Eichler subdivision to be awarded a listing on the National Register of Historic Places on Feb. 1, 2019. The 218-home neighborhood sits off Curtner and Booksin Avenues and was developed between 1959-1961.
Spend the morning touring the district, shopping for mid-century items at the PAC*SJ Boutique and hear the story behind this enclave of over 200 Eichler homes.
Tickets are limited so please buy your tickets now. PAC*SJ members and Fairglen Addition residents may buy tickets for $15 each; tickets for the general public are $20 each. Please no children under 13, black soled shoes or heels. All homes are a short distance from each other so park once and walk to all 4 while under the shade of large trees. The commemorative brochure includes a map of the District with Eichler models identified.

Antiques Colony and PAC*SJ ,as well as the other vendors at the Pop up Shop, will be located on Fairwood Street which will be closed to vehicle traffic for the day.
